"Well if you are planning on embarking on a masters degree in professional photography, or perhaps hoping to upgrade your SLR, this might not be the gadget for you. HOWEVER, if you are looking to upload photos to Facebook, show a couple of mates a few photo's on the iTouch, then this will by far meet all your needs.
There are some incredibly impressive additions to the new iTouch, the retina display is incredible and is sure to take your breath away the first time you see it and the new improved ISO4 software and A4 processor is very noticeable and incredibly impressive. All in all, a wonderful upgrade at a small additional cost. Lastly FaceTime works a treat!
If you are looking for the most cost effective model, I would defiantly consider spending the extra £75.00 and go for the 32GB, which buy's you 4 times the memory.
I guess if the iTouch did come with a 5 megapixel camera we would have nothing to look forward to in September 2011! "
